IPS: One more step toward a real social integration.  
The IPS model (Individual Placement and Support program) offers individualized, personalized support of variable duration and intensity, according to the client’s needs, with the goal of finding the client an employment that will answer his interests, strengths and weaknesses, in a competitive work environment.

The IPS specialist in Work Integration works with a number of teams from the CSSS. Clients meet with their employment specialist, on a flexible time basis, according to their own needs and take the necessary actions to find and maintain a job that will respect their profile, as quickly as possible.
