"Live a vocational guidance experience within a safe and secured environment" is one of the objectives of the Work, Studies or Volunteering Integration Program. This program offers psycho-educational workshops focusing on acquiring multiple skills, cognitive and interpersonal, aiming at developing, to the maximum, the potential of each participant in regard to professional integration which also included a training (stage) at the City of Pierrefonds (public library and civil engineering) and at the West Island Emergency Funds. Trainings (stages) are used to implement, in a practical way, the newly acquired skills of the psycho-educational workshops. They are also viewed as the corner stone of the program since it allows us to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each individual who is immersed in a context similar to employment

The theater workshop and theatrical production will be helpful to the participants in terms of introspection, of being attentive to one and other, verbalizing and expressing emotions, developing spirit and teamwork; the achievement and presentation of a theatrical project will greatly help enhance their feeling of pride and recognition. This "theater" component will also serve as valve and help release the tensions generated by this program, which requires a great deal of commitment and energy.
